We had premises larger than 300m2 and a dream to fulfil. As we operate in a sector completely unrelated to catering, we left everything in Piutrend’s hands: we were supported on all fronts. Besides the furnishing, they provided consultancy of the menu and communication, and even the choice of the staff’s uniforms. Our dream has now become a real business!
